CACDP - The Council for the Advancement of Communication with Deaf People have changed their name to Signature, whilst continuing promoting excellence in communication with Deaf people. Their courses are the aknowledged benchmark and recognised by Ofqual, National Qualifications Framework (NQF), Scottish Credit and Qualifactions Framework (SCQF). Both my wife and I have:

  • Level I British Sign Language NAN 100/5831/X : BSL 101: Introduction to BSL; 102:Converstional BSL; 103 BSL at School, College or Work.

 

British Red Cross are well known all over the world. Approved for the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations (1981) HSE Ref: 58/82(021) in accordance with Europen red Cross and Red Crescent Guidleines on First Aid.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). They are one of several professional associations and are widely regarded as the best within the industry. In order to remain registered, therapists must attain professional career development each year, in compliance with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC, who the FHT are affiliated to). This ensures high standards are always reached and maintained.

 

My insurance is by TIS, which is available through the FHT. Qualifications are approved before acceptance. My policy is up to date and renewable upon a yearly basis.
